Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services or handle inquiries.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints and objections professionally.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and achieve goals.
Educational Qualification
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma (Graduation preferred).
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent.
- Basic computer skills for recording data and using CRM tools.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum: 3 Month to 3 Years of experience.
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
