Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring energetic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. You will connect with clients and students, explain our IT & admission consultancy services, generate leads, and ensure smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to explain services (IT Solutions, Education & Admission Consultancy).

• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients/students.

• Maintain client records and update databases accurately.

• Handle customer queries with clear and complete information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Coordinate with the sales & admission team for deal closure.

• Build and maintain professional client relationships.

  
  

Education & Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred – any stream).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Proficiency in Hindi & English; regional language knowledge is a plus.

  
  

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability.

• Ability to handle rejections with a positive attitude.

• Strong convincing power and result-oriented mindset.

• Good multitasking and time management skills.

  
  

Experience

• 1–3 years in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer support preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

  
  

Salary & Benefits
