Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
The Client (You): The customer entering into an agreement with Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
The Company (Us): Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd., operating as dreambspl.com.
The Project: The body of work undertaken by the Company, consisting of consultation, graphic design, website design, website development, SEO, hosting, and/or related services.
2. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
Provide all required text, images, and information within a reasonable timeframe.
Supply content and images in the format requested (see Section 12: Photographs & Images).
Review the Company’s work, provide feedback, and give timely approval/sign-off.
Make every effort to adhere to all agreed deadlines.
Follow the agreed payment schedule (prices page or custom contract).
Clearly mark confidential information (email subject line or document header).
Provide at least 30 days’ written notice for contract cancellation.
3. Company Responsibilities
The Company agrees to:
Deliver services in a professional and timely manner.
Make every effort to adhere to agreed deadlines.
Provide up to 2 major revisions per project phase (additional revisions chargeable separately).
Complete requested website revisions/updates within 72 hours (depending on support package).
Maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge through training and research.
Contact the Client before the end of the first 12 months to discuss support/hosting renewal options.
4. Website Design & Compatibility
Websites are developed to function across major browsers and platforms, including mobile devices.
The Company cannot guarantee full compatibility with outdated or unsupported browsers/software.
5. Database, Application & E-Commerce Development
The Company is not liable for losses from software created for the Client.
The Client is responsible for testing all applications before public release.
If development occurs on third-party servers, the Client must provide required access, software, and support.
The Company will attempt (but is not obligated) to correct bugs/errors found post-launch.
6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
SEO services are limited to organic growth and require 4–6 weeks minimum for implementation.
Positive results are expected only if all Company recommendations are followed.
Immediate or guaranteed ranking results cannot be provided (usually 6–9 months for full effect).
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is a separate paid activity.
Client must provide FTP access and full cooperation.
SEO projects exceeding 40 hours will be billed on a time-and-material basis.
60 days’ notice is required for termination of SEO contracts.
7. Terms of Payment
Invoices are raised per agreed schedule.
Payments are due at the beginning of each month.
50% advance payment is required before development begins; 50% upon completion.
If cancelled mid-project, payments already made are non-refundable.
The Company may charge up to 85% of total project cost if the Client cancels after design approval but before launch.
Contract periods are normally 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation of hosting/support requires 30 days’ written notice.
Overpayments due to standing order errors are non-refundable. Underpayments must be corrected promptly.
8. Photographs & Images
Images must be digital, minimum resolution 1024x768 px.
Scanning paper photographs may incur additional charges.
Third-party/stock images sourced by the Company will be billed separately.
The Client guarantees ownership/permission for all supplied assets and indemnifies the Company against claims.
Proof of ownership may be requested.
9. Copyright & Ownership
After 12 months, the Client owns rights to text, graphics, and media supplied.
The Company retains copyright to markup, CSS, and source code, licensed exclusively to the Client’s domain.
The Company reserves the right to place a discreet credit link at the bottom of the website.
The Company may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the Client objects in writing before launch.
10. Hosting & Server Environment
All hosting is on dedicated high-speed servers with 99.95% uptime SLA.
The Company cannot guarantee compatibility with external hosting providers.
Technical support is not provided for third-party hosting.
Clients switching to another hosting provider may incur an admin fee.
11. Liability
The Company is not liable for missed deadlines caused by delayed Client approvals or content delivery.
The Company is not liable for third-party damages (lost profits, lost savings, downtime, etc.).
Responsibility for proper software use and data backup rests with the Client.
12. Confidentiality & Data Protection
The Company complies with Indian and EU data protection laws.
All client data is stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, technical outages, etc.).
14. General Terms
Additional design/features not covered in the package will be invoiced before launch.
The Company is not responsible for writing text copy unless agreed.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bihar, India.
If any provision is deemed unlawful/unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains valid.

Payment Gateway (Atom):
Accepts Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking.
Service tax/GST applicable as per Indian law.
16. Online Payments
Payments may take 1–3 business days to reflect.
Transactions are processed securely via Atom Gateway.
The Company does not store credit/debit card details.
Payment confirmation will be sent via email.
If payment fails, the Client must arrange alternate payment immediately.
All online payments are subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to Terms
Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after such changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
