Refund Policy – Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

At Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality services and client satisfaction. However, since our services involve time, effort, planning, and digital deliverables, we maintain the following refund policy:

1. General Policy

All payments made to Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for services are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Refund requests will only be considered if they fall under the specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Project Cancellation by Client

If the project is cancelled before commencement and no work has started, 70% of the advance amount will be refunded, after deducting administrative charges (30%).

If the project is cancelled after commencement but before design approval, up to 50% of the advance payment may be refunded, based on the stage of work completed.

Once the design has been approved and development has started, no refund will be issued.

3. Project Cancellation by Company

In the rare event that Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is unable to deliver the agreed services due to internal constraints, a full refund of the advance amount will be processed.

4. Digital Products, Hosting & Domain

Payments made for domain registration, hosting services, SSL certificates, software licenses, or third-party tools are strictly non-refundable.

Once purchased or activated, these services cannot be reversed.

5. SEO, Marketing & Maintenance Services

Payments for SEO, SEM, digital marketing, or monthly maintenance packages are non-refundable, as they involve ongoing effort and time-based work.

If a client wishes to cancel such services, a minimum of 30 days written notice must be provided.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original mode of payment.

7. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to deliver the best possible outcomes, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or results.

Refunds cannot be claimed on the basis of non-achievement of assumed or expected outcomes.
